We talk once

Twenty minutes on the phone about your customers and what you want the site to do. If it's a job I can do well, I say yes there and then.

You see it, then decide

Two to three working days later you get a real link to the finished site. Changes are included. Only when you're happy does the £499 come up.

I turn work down, and here’s when.

Building first and charging later only works if the job is one I can do well. Two a week is what I take on, so I would rather say no than start something that was never going to work.
